NANOTECO was established in 2000 by member of the Morisaki-Nozaki- Uchida Laboratory; a group associated with The University of Electro- Communications (UEC) that conducts compound semiconductor research. NANOTECO is an accredited engineering trading company whose mission is to create social impact through the implementation of academic research.
