What is a wholesaler account?
Electrical wholesalers assign a customer number to their customers (electricians, SIs, companies). This customer number identifies you with the wholesaler and determines which conditions (discounts, delivery times) you receive.
In venfree, you register this customer number once. venfree then uses it automatically for every order, without you needing to enter it again.
Creating an account
Go to Dashboard → Wholesaler. There you can see all available wholesalers. Click "Add account" next to the desired wholesaler.
Enter your customer number and save. The account initially has the status "Pending". After manual verification it is set to "Active".
Only accounts with status "Active" can be used for orders.
Which wholesalers are available?
venfree supports wholesalers that offer the IDS-Connect standard (Integrated Data Interface). These include all major German electrical wholesalers such as Rexel, Sonepar and FEGA & Schmitt.
The actively available wholesalers are displayed in the dashboard. The list grows as new partner agreements are concluded.
