Linking your account
Go to Dashboard → Orders and click "Telegram bot → Set up". Alternatively directly at venfree.de/connect/telegram.
You receive a personal link that takes you directly into the venfree Telegram bot. Click "Link with Telegram" and confirm in the bot via /start.
The link is valid for 15 minutes. Simply reload the page for a new link afterwards.
Ordering items by text
After linking, send the bot a message with the article number and quantity: "4930250 times 5" or "4930250 x 3". The bot confirms the addition.
Use /orders to see your current order list. The link to the venfree app takes you directly to the order form where you can submit the order.
Use /cancel to discard the current order list. Use /orders to see your last 5 orders from the dashboard.
Voice ordering (Whisper)
Voice messages are transcribed via OpenAI Whisper. Since audio data is briefly transferred to OpenAI in the process, your explicit consent is required.
When first connecting, the bot asks: "Type /agree to continue". After that you can send voice messages. The bot recognizes article numbers in the spoken text.
Example: "Give me 5 pieces of 4930250" becomes "4930250 × 5" in the order list.
Tips
- •Consent to voice recognition can be given at any time with /agree
- •Without consent, text message ordering continues to work normally
- •Notifications (order submitted, status updates) come automatically without bot conversation
